Danielle Elston

Managing Director

Danielle is passionate about transforming the complicated to the simple, and delivering efficient, effective and transparent government. Her goal is to work with organisations to make things easier for the community, customers and employees.

With decades of experience in executive roles across multiple government agencies, Danielle has a diverse corporate services skill set and excels in helping teams deliver real world outcomes in complex environments.

Her expertise spans industry and community engagement, communications and marketing, project management, policy development and advocacy, organisational reform, workforce and organisational design, legislative reform, red-tape reduction, and politics.

Danielle has led corporate functions, and has extensive experience in redesigning organisational structures and processes to drive change, delivering programs that make a difference for diversity and equity, executive coaching, and workforce development.

She’s worked across numerous portfolios including health, liquor, gambling, charities, welfare, disability, education (including higher education) justice, environment, water and indigenous affairs.

Danielle takes an active interest in the state of the public sector, and co-hosts The Westminster Tradition, a top-ranking podcast diving into lessons for the public service, starting with the Robodebt Royal Commission.

Throughout his career, James has demonstrated proficiency in advocating for government agencies, employers, and employees, in state and federal employment tribunals. He specialises in individual case management, excelling in workplace investigations, performance management and disciplinary procedures.

With a strategic mindset and analytical approach, James aligns HR practices with business objectives to drive effective workforce reform and organisational restructuring. 

His commitment to delivering efficient outcomes in complex and high-pressure situations has earned him a reputation for providing valuable insights and guidance to organisations seeking impactful HR solutions.
